It is not similar with his concept. The clue is indicating that have a big things fall from the sky. He assess that it will be a bomb from a navy plane. After that, U.S. navy told it is a sonar system from a plane.

I think this article is funny. Who will think that sonar will fall to their home? It is significant. If it falls into someone head, it will be a big problem. The navy must design for security for people. It is a processing of the securities.
